I do too! And most people just don't understand its appeal and then judge me for liking it.
I know! It's irritating, but I love the show, I love Tyra (at least on ANTM, not so much on her talk show, it's odd). Anyway, I love it and I love when MTV and Vh1 do their marathons, I watched the most recent cycle where Seleisha won today, it was glorious. I usually end up working the nights the new one is on, luckily Tobes keeps me updated :)
I just realized as I typed that it looked like I said the show was irritating. I meant it's irritating when people judge me/you for liking it. :)
I am so glad that other mature, awesome educated women love this show. I feel like its my dark secret sometimes-- like I'm a crack addict. Only instead of crack it's Tyra Banks and the two Jays and weird photo shoots and Nigel Barker who is just.... ummm luscious?
Who do you both love for this cycle? I am in the Claire camp all the way.
I am absolutely IN LOVE with Mr. Jay. Sadly, I think he's taken, haha. And Nigel, yeah, he's beautiful. I'm even watching another marathon right now, althoughg Vh1 calls it a 'modelathon'. It's Jaslene's cycle and she is so bothersome to me, I wish Renee had won, once she stops whining so much. I do like Claire too, I hope this doesn't jinx her because it seems like every time I say who I want to win, she gets second or doesn't even make it to the go-sees. So okay, I take it back, I DON'T want Claire to win.
